Grace Strang

 

A mother of 1, I had my son during covid lockdowns. I understand the pre & postnatal process and how much it affects all aspects of your life as a new mother. I am passionate about helping women maintain their health and fitness through the pre & post partum period.  

 

My love of sport and exercise started in my youth with Beckenham Swimming club. Since then, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed boxing, running, home workouts and more. In short, I have always undertaken regular exercise and loved all its benefits. So I decided to combine this passion and enthusiasm into a career. I left a Fashion career to pursue Personal Training full time, and since then have specialised in pre & postnatal exercise. I also teach weekly with the fantastic Sweaty Mama Beckenham, baby and toddler friendly classes in the local area

 

My aim is to help clients feel strong and confident. To find a true enjoyment for exercise & appreciation for their bodies.
