I've been self employed since my son was born, so I understand the juggle an the hustle that us mums face on a daily basis.
I also understand how our bodies change after pregnancy and after our unique birth experiences.
I have worked with literally HUNDREDS of mums, in 1-1 coaching and classes. And one thing that they asked me more than any, was how to lose bodyfat.
